Lighting in Liverpool

Liverpool looked for energy saving opportunities in its warehouses, a massive project was carried out to replace its lighting.

Based on Liverpool’s concern to look for energy saving opportunities in its warehouses, a massive project is being carried out to replace its lighting in all the locations with the greatest savings potential, a total of 72.

The project consists of making a 1-to-1 change of its luminaires, mostly by retrofitting its current cabinets and only replacing the light source.

Their previous technology consisted mainly of fluorescent and HID lamps that were replaced by LEDs. Seeking to expand the benefits of the change, the lighting level and the CRI were also increased for better reproduction of colors and textures, thus seeking to have a better product display that directly impacts an increase in sales.

The project was carried out through financing with the purpose that the savings would pay for the required investment and it would not be necessary to allocate own resources and it would be possible to make the immediate change.
